GOP Leader Wont Meet Obama in Middle?

Because President Barack Obama has failed to fulfill hopes he might lower the level of partisanship in Washington, D.C., I was pleased last week to see him meeting with House Republicans in Baltimore (though I could not see it all on Fox News), but the attitude about bipartisanship among some in the Republican Party, including GOP Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, may be more to blame for continuing partisanship than anything President Obama has done, as I show in this video.

The image I use of the video titled «An Open Discussion Across the Aisle» comes from BarackObamadotcom’s YouTube video page at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZ-RzM…

The clip I use of Fox News’ Trace Gallgher cutting away early from President Barack Obama’s meeting with the GOP House Issues Conference in Baltimore. MD, comes from the program «Live Desk» broadcast January 29, 2010 (which I have not found available on the Fox News website).

The clip I use of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell inadvertently letting slip that he wont meet President Obama in the middle comes from the interview on the Fox News program «Happening Now» broadcast on January 28, 2010, available online at http://tinyurl.com/NoGOPMiddle

The clip I use of President Barack Obama’s meeting with the GOP House Issues Conference in Baltimore. MD, comes from the PUBLIC DOMAIN video titled «President Obama Takes Questions at GOP House Issues Conference» available on the whitehouse’s YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1-jas…
