Because President Barack Obama has failed to fulfill hopes he might lower the level of partisanship in Washington, D.C., I was pleased last week to see him meeting with House Republicans in Baltimore (though I could not see it all on Fox News), but the attitude about bipartisanship among some in the Republican Party, including GOP Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, may be more to blame for continuing partisanship than anything President Obama has done, as I show in this video.
