
The record spending on campaign advertising in the 2010 US midterm elections, especially the large number of ads funded by anonymous corporate donations, raises important questions about the correct the balance between the right of anonymous speech and the need to avoid the corrupting influence of large campaign expenditures from undisclosed sources, as I discuss in this video.
